Culinary historian Dr. Laura Carlson returns with this fun new series on the world’s meccas of food.
Join us for a special conversation with Dana Wohlfeiler Lalkin, curator of Israeli Testimony, and award-winning photographer Tomer Ziv at the Al Green Theatre.
Israeli Testimony brings together powerful images from some of Israel’s leading photojournalists, documenting pivotal moments in Israeli society. This year’s exhibition invites us to witness life in Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza through the dramatic events of the past year—from the return of hostages and ongoing violence to political upheaval and profound moments of uncertainty.
Through the lens of photography, we see celebration and mourning, resilience and loss, humanity and hope.
Hear directly from the curator and a featured photographer about the stories behind the images, the experience of documenting this moment in history, and the power of photography to shape how we understand the world around us.
Come see the exhibition. Stay for the conversation. Leave with a deeper perspective.
The exhibition will run from October 1, 2026 to January 29, 2027, with guided tours offered throughout the exhibition period, providing visitors with an opportunity to engage more deeply with the stories and perspectives featured in the exhibit.
Doors open – 7:00pm
