This event is a celebration of Israeli culture through art, music, and community. The evening will feature an Israeli dance workshop, music on a stage in the middle of the park under – string lights, artists brought to us in partnership with B’kef Collective, and a special array of desserts and noshes by Ace Kosher.

Join us for a summer cultural experience under the stars, as we celebrate Israeli traditions through the arts.

 

Featuring:

Amit Rozenblum

Amit was born and raised in Haifa, Israel, where he began his musical journey at the age of 14, quickly developing a passion for the bass guitar and performing with various bands and ensembles. Following his military service, he pursued music professionally, performing in numerous concerts and recording sessions while also composing and performing original music. Since moving to Toronto in 2016, Amit has become an active member of the local Israeli music community, performing with a variety of artists and ensembles since 2018.

Tal Katz

Tal is an award-winning, triple-threat performer who has appeared on stage and online in musicals, plays, concerts, and official state ceremonies. She has performed extensively within Jewish and Israeli communities, including as the lead singer of The Rockies Band, at various Shabbat and Yom Kippur services, and in five productions with the Israeli Theatre in Toronto. Tal has also shared the stage with acclaimed Israeli artists, performed in the Harold Green Jewish Theatre’s Streisand x9 Concert, toured with Judy & David’s Theatre Troupe, and sang for members of parliament in Ottawa and Toronto.

Ronit Weinreich

Founder of Camp Li-Am, Ronit is a dance leader, educator,and community builder whose impact extends far beyond the dance floor. Sheleads a vibrant dance community in Toronto and has dedicated her life toteaching, inspiring, and connecting people through Israeli dance and education.
