“Ani l’dodi, v’dodi li – I am my beloved and my beloved is mine” a quote from the “Song of Songs” uttered by the Bride to the Groom under the Chuppah, pledging the couples love for each other & binding their souls together.

This series of paintings focuses on Jewish Weddings and explore the community and individual sense of excitement, celebration, and joy. And the power of love in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Through the extensive use of bold, vivid colours, whimsical & imaginative characters, Martin creates a dream like celebration of the evolution of Love & the celebration of Life.
