This exhibition celebrates the artistic talents and cultural heritage of the Indigenous youth artists from 7th Generation Image Makers. Showcasing a diverse array of works, from beadwork and digital art to photography and painting, the exhibit highlights the unique perspectives and creative expressions of our young artists. Each piece is a testament to the resilience, creativity, and cultural pride of the participants, offering viewers an opportunity to engage with Indigenous art and stories in a meaningful way. This exhibition serves as both an artistic showcase and a cultural bridge, fostering understanding and appreciation within the broader community.

ABOUT 7TH GENERATION IMAGE MAKERS

7th Generation Image Makers, part of Native Child and Family Services of Toronto, empowers Indigenous youth through art. Our mandate is to provide culturally-informed art programming that nurtures creativity, fosters cultural pride, and supports personal growth. We aim to create a safe, inclusive space where young artists can explore their identities, develop their skills, and connect with their community.
