Winner of the Best Israeli Film at the 2024 Haifa Film Festival, Real Estate offers a compelling look at a volatile relationship amid the realities of modern city life. With their baby due any day and their Tel Aviv apartment under demolition, Adam and Tamara set out on a frantic, day-long hunt for a new home in Haifa. Along the way, unexpected obstacles test their marriage while also drawing them closer. Driven by nuanced performances, Real Estate becomes a moving and quietly humorous drama. “Sensitive, authentic, funny, moving, and even packs a punch – it’s struck that perfect sweet spot between drama and comedy.” (Mako)
