In this time of mass illness and acute and ongoing suffering, how can we listen to what the wisdom of our bodies has to teach us about our spirituality? Can Jewish texts help disabled people who struggle with a world not designed for our bodies? What are the roles of liturgy, ritual, and communal spaces when we search for comfort and care?

With a little guided text discussion to prompt us, we’ll activate our creativity as a tool for personal and communal renewal. No Hebrew or art skills needed.
