Learn and celebrate community and culture with classic Israeli and world folk dance!
Join Israeli chef and restaurateur Michael Solomonov live from his home kitchen in Philadelphia as he uses seasonal ingredients to prepare “root to stem,” zero-waste dishes that honor sustainability, Jewish cuisine, and the stories behind our favorite recipes. The chef-owner of Philadelphia’s award-winning Zahav, Solomonov offers the JCC Movement a sampling of his unique, innovative cultural and culinary perspectives.
Recipes provided in advance, so you can cook along at home.

JCC Association of North America is pleased to present JFest: An Arts Festival for the JCC Movement, offering high quality cultural and educational content for all ages through the Virtual J platform. JFest includes complementary marketing materials and resources to deepen connections and help build resilience in JCC communities throughout the movement.
Throughout the year, JFest programs will explore three core themes of storytelling: How to Tell Your Story, How Others Tell Our Story, and How History Tells Our Story. Through dynamic programs and partnerships with Artist-Educators from around the world, JFest invites you to tell your own story, and keep us connected even when we’re apart.
