Jewish drag queen Gila Munster is calling for artists that identify as queer and Jewish to submit an audition for the 5th annual “8 Gays of Channukah” queer Jewish variety show!

This show benefits Machane Lev, Canada’s queer and Jewish summer camp. Performance artists of all types are encouraged to apply: drag performers, singers, musicians, dancers, musicians, poets, and more! Artists will be paid $200 for their involvement.

The event is on December 17th 2023 at 7-9PM at the Longboat Hall in Toronto.

To submit your audition, send your name, a brief bio, links to socials and a link to a video to gilamunsterqueen@gmail.com by October 1st 12AM.

Your video should show your talents and your intended 10-minute number, but don’t worry about making it professional or getting fully dressed up! We just want to see your talent. Can’t wait to see all of your auditions!

In partnership with: Fentster Gallery and the Miles Nadal JCC.
