The Toronto Holocaust Museum is proud to offer specially designed resources to assist educators in teaching about the complex history of the Holocaust.
Join the Toronto Holocaust Museum, in partnership with Beit Midrash Zichron Dov, for an evening of learning and discussion.
Even in the darkest period of Jewish history, countless Jews remained committed to their faith and the generational halakhic tradition. Discover the many artefacts in our collection which showcase Jewish continuity and resilience to adhere to the rule of halakha.
Visitors will have a chance to engage in a self-guided exploration of the Museum’s galleries before joining together in the Ekstein Family Learning Lab for an insightful panel discussion. Explore how halakhic questions have changed from prewar years to post-war, and the impact the Holocaust has had on Jewish law.
The evening will feature Rabbi Yehuda Mann, Rabbi Noah Sonenberg, and Mrs. Prielle Rakovsky.
