Judaism 101 is an intro to Judaism class for everyone! It welcomes those who identify as Jewish or not, and those who have prior knowledge of Judaism or don’t. The eight-part class explores the “Jewish bookshelf” and foundational topics of Jewish living, including Shabbat, the year cycle, lifecycle events, synagogue, and spirituality.

Sharoni Sibony’s eclectic career spans art, literature, education, and community organizing. Among other things, she currently works as the adult education coordinator at Holy Blossom Temple, facilitates the Adult Secular B’Mitzvah program at the Morris Winchevsky Shule, and is training in the Jewish Studio Project’s Creative Facilitation Training program. She worked for nearly a decade in Jewish community centres of Toronto, first as the interim managing director of Kolel at the Prosserman JCC and then as the manager of the Jewish Life department at the Miles Nadal JCC.
