Join Jooli Park and make a collective commitment to practice mindfulness meditation twice weekly for the month of October. This program provides 15-minute guided mindfulness meditations, every Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9 am for the month of October. This program is open to all and you do not require any experience to participate in this program. Every guided meditation session will be recorded and made available for 7 consecutive days.
