We will be reading and discussing children’s folktales and other texts written in various times and places, including: Y. L. Cahan’s Yiddishe Mayses, A. Bromberg rendering of the Chumash, and folk tales by Itzik Kipnis. This is an intermediate adult class with instructor Miriam Schwartz.
