Join the Toronto Holocaust Museum and the Toronto Jewish Film Foundation for the Toronto Premiere of Among Neighbors (2025, 100 minutes), a gripping drama that illustrates the tensions and betrayals that unfolded in a small, rural Polish town.

Among Neighbors offers a stark and intimate portrait of the last living survivor from that town, and an ageing eyewitness who saw Jews murdered by her own Polish neighbours. This powerful documentary shows how fear, prejudice, and silence can transform communities. Using interviews and hand-drawn animation, the film explores how the Holocaust unfolded in the streets and homes of ordinary towns.
