JAM-Ex 2024

Jewish Art and Music Exhibition

Student exhibition: students from select Toronto Jewish day schools worked with JMW’s artist in residence, and their work is on display at the Miles Nadal JCC.

Jewish Music Week is proud to feature student artwork as part of JAM-Ex. The participating schools this year are:

  • Associated Hebrew Schools
  • Netivot HaTorah Day School
  • Paul Penna Downtown Jewish Day School
  • The Toronto Heschel School

The JAM-Ex theme this year is Jewish Music Around The World, and we know you will enjoy viewing these creative art pieces from gifted students.

JAM-Ex is curated by Melanie Siegel (JMW Artist-in-Residence) and Ian Leventhal, and made possible through the generosity of Wendy Posluns and Lewis Mitz. We are very grateful for their help and support! We thank the teachers who guide and nurture the talents of these young artists, and of course, we are indebted to the creativity, vision and imagination of the artists whose work in this exhibit is an inspiration for all of us!
