The JAM-Ex theme this year is Jewish Music Around The World, and we know you will enjoy viewing these creative art pieces from gifted students.
Since the start of Jewish Music Week in 2011, the Student Art Contest has grown and become a significant feature of our festival. The theme this year was “My Favourite Jewish Music” and hundreds of students across the GTA submitted artwork.
The results were outstanding and this exhibit features the winners, finalists and honourable mentions. We are very grateful to the many schools and gifted art teachers who continue to promote and support this program, and who encourage their students to think creatively.
We thank our 2020 judges, Ian Leventhal, Zoe Haber-Kucharsky, and Sam Mogelonsky for their time and expertise. How fortunate we are to have such talented and generous professionals in our midst! Mostly, we are indebted to the creativity, vision and imagination of our artists whose work in this exhibit is an inspiration for all of us!
