Arcade is an editorial platform devoted to ongoing exploration of the art and ideas of our time, published by the Koffler Centre of the Arts in Toronto.

Taking broad inspiration from the Jewish concept of Tikkun olam—the various forms of action we can take to repair the world—at the heart of Koffler’s mission, the publication’s editorial identity is built around three main pillars: constructive inquiry, thread-making, and dialogue.

Some of the articles you’ll see in Arcade will draw out the larger threads and connections present in Koffler’s programming, but it is also a home to a wider range of lively, original commentary, thoughtful conversations, and creative writing, engaging with the worlds of art and contemporary life from perspectives that are both local and global.

It is published by email and online each month. The views and opinions expressed do not necessarily reflect those of the Koffler Centre.

Arcade is produced by No Media Co., on behalf of the Koffler Centre of the Arts.
