Koffler Centre of the Arts
The Koffler Centre of the Arts is a multi-disciplinary contemporary arts centre that develops ideas-based programming to engage the diverse communities of the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Located in Toronto’s downtown, with satellite programs in other neighbourhoods, the Koffler is both a vibrant local artistic hub, and an organization with a growing national and international profile. In 2013, the Koffler opened its gallery venue and office at Artscape Youngplace (AYP), becoming an anchor tenant of this repurposed historic building. Spearheaded by Artscape, Canada’s leading practitioner in multi-tenant space development for the arts and culture sector, AYP houses a diverse mix of creators as well as arts, community and social mission organizations.
